Forest Bathing Walk - Hockley Woods

Who's up for a bit of Forest Bathing? Not as weird as it seems, just going for a walk in the woods and taking more notice of what is around us. Getting in touch with our inner child. You also get pearls of wisdom from me too! 

This walk should take about 90 minutes.

We will be walking around the circumference of the woods, enjoying the peace and tranquility and coolness that the trees bring. There are no stiles, but there are still some muddy bits. Please dress accordingly for a walk in the woods. Please also note that you have to pay for the car park, so I may try and get a few of you together to share cars.
