Ingredients:
Olive Oil for frying
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
6 spring onions, sliced
Steak (your choice) sliced
Any veg you want! I used Kale, Spinach, Marrow, Peas
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tamari Sauce (or Soy)
2 tbsp toasted Sesame seed oil
2 tbsp black bean sauce
Method:
Heat your oil in a pan using a medium heat. Put onions, garlic and chilli in pan until softened for about 3 minutes. Add the beef and marrow then stir fry for another 3 minutes. Add the rest of the veg and guess what, cook for another 3 minutes. (if adding different veg, be mindful of the cooking time)
Finally add the honey, tamari, sesame oil and black bean sauce and heat though for 3 more minutes
