Venue
St. Thomas’ Church Hall, Thorpedene Avenue, Hullbridge, HOCKLEY, SS5 6JA. Thorpedene Avenue is off Ferry Road, the turning is just opposite the 2nd Co-op (NOT the old Budgens). The church is the first building on the right on Thorpedene Avenue. This is a ground floor venue.

Parking
The church doesn’t have any off-street parking, but you can park in the surrounding roads: Mapledene Road, Malyons Lane, Elm Grove, Waxwell Road, Ambleside Gardens and Thorpedene Avenue can be used as they don’t have yellow lines, just please be considerate to the residents.
Inside the venue
This venue is a ground floor venue and is wheelchair friendly. The front door is to the right-hand side of the building, There is a padlocked gate, but that should be open when you arrive. Please head through the double doors. There is a hall area, and straight ahead there is another set of double doors, these are the entrance to the room we will be using. Please take your bags into the room, shoes can be worn on this floor.

Toilet facilities
There are 3 toilets at this venue. Ladies, Gents and a wide doored disabled toilet.

Studio
The Hall can accommodate about 16 people for Yoga with plenty of space. It is light and has windows. There are moveable mirrors along one wall. This venue has heating.

What to bring
Mats – please bring your own mat, if you don’t have a mat, I always have a stock, let me know and I will bring it to the class. Prices start from £15.
Fluid intake – please bring a drink with you, this will keep you hydrated. There isn’t facilities on site.
Equipment – if you have blocks/straps, bring them and use if you want to. I don’t provide them, but do use them occasionally. I would recommend that you bring your own lavender eye pillow or a small hand towel to cover your eyes during the meditation phase. Lavender eye pillows are available for purchase in my shop. I also sell meditation pillow’s at £30 and Yoga Bolsters for £30. I also sell other equipment if you need it, such as mats, straps, blocks etc.
Payment
I accept cash or bank transfer. Details will be provided on booking.
Booking
Booking is essential for your first session, after that you are free to come and go at your leisure.

If you are new to my classes, please complete this online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before you attend the session. The completed form will automatically be emailed to Attitude Wellbeing.
